Junior Digital Designer — Production & Vibe Coding
We are a small studio that designs and builds digital products for global clients. We don’t follow traditional workflows: we design through prompting, prototype with AI, and ship to production fast.
We’re looking for someone young, hungry, and meticulous who wants to learn how to build at this level—not someone who already thinks they know everything.
You’ll be the person responsible for the detailed execution work that makes a product look polished and production-ready: lots of visual QA, icons, assets, and content adaptation in Figma. As you demonstrate good judgment and ownership, you’ll grow into building complete features.
Lo que harás
Perform thorough and continuous visual QA—a significant part of your day will involve reviewing interface after interface, identifying inconsistencies in spacing, typography, color, alignment, and copy before every release.
Create and export icons, assets, and visual resources for real-world applications.
Adapt content and create layouts in Figma using existing design systems.
Keep components, libraries, and design files impeccably organized.
Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) and document what helps us move faster and work better.
Lo que necesitamos
Strong Figma skills: composition, hierarchy, typography, and the ability to work within existing design systems without breaking them.
An obsessive eye for detail—you can spot the difference between 2px and 4px without measuring.
Genuine technical curiosity—you already use AI in your daily workflow and want to push it further.
Reading proficiency in English to follow instructions and feedback in Figma, Notion, and Slack.
Self-sufficiency, clear written communication, and openness to direct feedback.
