Payphone arrived at a key moment of change and expansion. They were looking for a clear direction for their brand and digital product. We came in as an external design team to refresh the identity, redesign the app, and establish a solid foundation that would allow them to evolve coherently.
The Solution
We developed a new design system, unifying brand, product, and communication. We closely collaborated with the marketing area to establish the new look & feel and define a clearer visual narrative. The redesign of the app and the site consolidated a modern and consistent experience.
The Impact
The project marked a turning point for Payphone, laying the groundwork for its current growth and providing the foundations for a stronger identity. For Soda, it was a key experience: an intense project, involving deep learning, and an important step in our maturity as a studio.
